Car condominium complexes are appearing in many cities. In Toronto, Garage Living has become the preferred garage transformation partner of a once-such facility called ToyBx; a destination for auto enthusiasts. As a former distillery, the fortified concrete building is the first of its kind. The 181,500 sq. ft. footprint will be home to 195 car condo units.
Garage Living had the opportunity to photograph one of the completed units. The space is outstanding, with soaring 20 ft high ceilings and a ladder leading to a loft area.
