Zach Holmden has over six years of experience as a Senior Property and Operations Manager. He has a degree in Business Administration from the New Brunswick Community College with a focus on Management, which equips him with business understanding and practical skills for every project he undertakes.
In addition to his management expertise, Zach has spent over two years working as a hands-on General Contractor, helping clients bring their visions to life. His attention to detail, commitment to quality, and dedication to exceeding client expectations have earned him a reputation as a passionate contractor who truly cares about the results he delivers.
Outside of work, Zach is an avid sports fan and athlete. He enjoys playing hockey, staying active with his two dogs, and hitting the gym. His passion for teamwork, hard work, and community has been a fundamental part of his personal and professional journey, reflecting his commitment to excellence on and off the field.
