1. Sweep to remove dirt and sand
There’s no way around it — your garage floor is going to get dirty from time to time. Car tires and boots typically track in debris, but you can easily remove the dirt and sand simply by sweeping. Over time, however, the dirt will accumulate and cause floor stains. When this is the case, move on to the next step.
2. Wash and rinse your floor using a gentle, yet effective cleaner
We recommend Scotts Oxi Outdoor Cleaner to wash the floor, as it’s safe to use on Floortex® Floor Coating and leaves a beautiful squeaky-clean car-wash shine. This gentle cleaner won’t harm plants or grass and is both biodegradable and phosphate-free. After applying this effective outdoor cleaner, simply rinse with a garden hose and continue on to the final step.
3. Remove residue using a squeegee
