The 2015 Canadian International Auto Show is a must-see event, putting the “show” back into the equation, as noted by Toronto Star correspondent Norris McDonald.
Since its inception, Garage Living has been creating beautiful garages from the floor up. We believe the garage space has immense potential and is largely underutilized.
“As prime space, the garage should be an extension of the home’s interior and function to its maximum potential,” said Aaron Cash, Garage Living’s Managing Partner. The Garage Living team wanted to share this exact message at the auto show.
GARAGE LIVING INSPIRATION PROJECT FOR THE AUTO SHOW
To describe our complete services to Canadian International Auto Show attendees, our concept this year was to re-create a garage project in our booth. As a source of inspiration, we leveraged our blue and silver Porsche garage project, which, by virtue of its wide appeal, has become a signature project for our company.
The blue and silver garage details of this project have been added in the surrounding materials:
- Grey slat wall
- Stainless steel counter top
- Blue metal cabinetry upper doors and lower drawers
- Metal diamond plate walls
- Floortex™ floor coating
The booth features a car lift, a modern-styled garage door and an LED ribbon light surrounding the perimeter.
This year’s booth was designed by Garage Living’s Managing Partner Daniel Albo. One of our installation teams erected the booth in similar fashion to the many residential garage transformations that the Garage Living crews perform daily.
“We are very pleased to be once again collaborating with Pfaff Tuning who provided the white Porsche 991 GT3 Alternative vehicle gracing the Garage Living booth and completing the Porsche Garage concept,” said Creative Director Linda Fiore Ceolin.
Poised on the car lift, the 991 Carrera is equipped with a Porsche factory power kit, boosting power from 400 hp to 430 hp. Additional features include: the forgeline lightweight monoblock wheels, a GMG racing half cage, a rear seat delete, side skirts, rear diffuser, rear spoiler and valved centre exit exhaust adding downforce and performance.
“We are thrilled about this car”, stated Garage Living President Mike Albo. “The white Porsche is clean, crisp, neat, simple, modern, and very beautiful”. Pfaff Tuning has created a truly unique package that allows the styling and technological advancements of the 991 Platform with a manual GT3 feel.
The show is a perfect opportunity to meet the Garage Living Design Consultants. To kick off your garage project and discover the possibilities, take advantage of a free design consultation. Garage Living is once again proud to participate as an exhibitor and can be found in the south building at both F600-334.
CIAS 2015 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre continues until February 22nd.
